Yes folks,

I just signed up for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. Today is my 29th birthday and I feel good about embarking on a new challenge. I went to a talk at the Cancer Center downtown and they eased my fears of blisters and bugs - good preparation is the key.

What can be better than getting healthy for a cause that is even bigger than myself?

Thanks to everyone who supported me when I mentioned the idea. Please check out the website avonwalk.org... you may actually find yourselves intrigued. If anyone wants to join me on my journey, please feel free.

I just signed up for the 3-day walk for breast cancer!! I'll be doing that in August and it's my goal to get healthy for that.
