Back again!
 

Hello everyone.. After what seems to be a long drawn out year, I'm back and jumping onto the bandwagon. :o

It's been almost a year since I've logged on but most importantly watching & maintaining what I've been eating and exercising. I've gone through a few deaths in my family along with sustaining a knee injury, to say the least and to sum it up, have been in a big slump. :(

After logging on (can't believe I'm still a member - thanks 3FC :hug:), this overwhelming feeling of "need to get in shape" has come over me. The success stories are touching, now it's my turn. Currently, I don't own a scale (will purchase one this afternoon) and I know I've packed on about 10 lbs. Argh!

Well, I just wanted to say hello.. and will be seeing you all around. ;)
