Need to lose 21 pounds before 21st Birthday..HEELP

  • Hi everyone my name is Maria and im 20 years..Im new here so im looking for friends to support me..and i can gurantee you that i will be there for you too..Well let me share a lil 411 of myself...Last year i lost 30 pounds and i was able to control some of the weight..ive been up and down with my weightloss success...its so depressing..well 3 weeks ago i started to really make a ommitment of losing my extra 30 unwanted pounds...so im on a slimfast diet and power90 exercise routine...i work out for alteast 2 hrs a day 6 days a week...So far i have lil success..i have my downside sometimes..like this week didnt lose any pounds and i worked so hard.. ..well im lookinf for friends to support me so please reply to my message..i will be happy to accept u all.
    My Babystep Success so far

    * Week one: Lost 5 pounds
    * Week two:4 pounds
    * Week three: 0 pounds

    You didn't say when your 21st birthday is, but might I offer a small suggestion? If you think it's out of line, just disregard .

    I suggest that you consider making your goal to "Lose as Much as I Can" by your 21st birthday. Then concentrate on working your plan. I've found that setting a deadline for weight loss can sometimes set one up for disappointment if, for some reason, your body doesn't release the pounds on the schedule you've set up.

  • I agree with Lena...it's very disheartening when you don't meet time based goals. Just think, even if you only lost 15 of that 21 (or even 10) wouldn't you still feel much better? I hope you are finding the support here you need and I am sure you will succeed!
