Sounds to me like they know that fat will keep you full longer. And it's true. This morning I had oatmeal with lots of nuts. It was only about 360 cals altogether. I stayed full until 1:00 pm!

I believe it's the low-carb/high-protein that does it. Because I've heard many others say that if they eat a high-protein/low-carb breakfast, they feel fuller longer until lunch. |
Oops, I meant to quote the lady who said her doctor from france had her on two percent milk and full fat yogurt. Sorry!
