I am afraid to weigh myself now (TOM) so last night I had a dream that I fit into my size 16 jeans again!!! (What a great dream). So I decided to give it a shot today and they fit (they're tight, but they fit!!!)
I notice that weight loss motivates me to lose more. It is such a high. My question is what do I use to motivate myself after I reach my goal??? Anyone out there who has reached their goal and maintained it have any suggestions?
