Jan 25th plan for a perfect day

So wednesday tomorrow, that's a run at lunch and weights in the evening.

Gonna be eating porridge with eggs :T :hun: at some time!! Probably some protein pancakes and a yam maybe and cottage cheese, some nice "proper" cooked meal for dinner, rather than just another :censored: protein shake, since I'll actually be at home!

Calories around 1600, maybe more, depending on what todays work out at!

Busy day tomorrow. Ortho appt. for my son who needs braces, opto appt for my daughter who needs glasses, and mechanic appt for my excusion that needs oil. LOL So, I will do my best on the go:

Breakfast: South Beach Bar.
Lunch: Mongolian grill with only meat & veggies, california rolls for a carb
Dinner: Probably Wendy's mandarin chicken salad.
Snacks: Jerky, pita chips, travelling food
LOTS OF WATER! Water suffers when I'm on the move.
Exersize--maybe a walk while the oil is changed, or aerobics when we get home.
No weights tomorrow.

Today so far on plan. All exersize and meals on plan! Only one snack to go.

GOOD JOB EVERYBODY! KEEP IT GOING!

Jenn welcome. It's very encouraging to have new folks join these threads. remember to come back and let us know how it's going and if you hit any rough spots HOLLER!

I feel like I'm in a little better control now that I've had one good day in "nearly perfect".
So today .... no more than 1300 cals .... cardio and back and biceps.

JustJuneBug 01-25-2006 09:19 AM

i dont have a good feeling about today. not sure why, but sometimes you just know so i have to somehow work through it.

i have a 2 mile run tonight and 1 hour of weights
i have baked chicken, 2 apples, 1 plum, and a jello (with fruit) cup here at the office. I also brought a 100 cal snack pack.

the company has breakfast for us this morning. breakfast tacos, and i AM having one! maybe that in of itself will convince me not to eat anything else bad today.

still craving mexican food though. i do believe in giving in to cravings when they are this strong. a grilled shrimp taco with some charro beans wouldnt be so bad............

2frustrated 01-25-2006 09:25 AM

Not doing so bad today but I forfeited my run at lunch for a trip to the bike shop.. I bought new handle bar muffs. Wooooo! At least my hands will be warm on the motorway!

BUT I will be practising my red belt grading things tonight, so I'd better turn that into a kickboxing hour! :hyper:

I did really well yesterday and I am still on track today. I add alot to my workout last night It felt great to know I made a goal I had set for myself...
Today I will do the same....

racegirl78 01-25-2006 11:46 AM

Off to a good start...one cup cereal with one cup skim milk for breakfast, and got in a full hour of circuit training. Here's to keeping it going (toasting with water)!

srmb60 01-25-2006 01:30 PM

Life certainly has it's ways of interfering with our plans. I have an awesome headache today. My cals are good but exercise is gonna have to wait until my medication kicks in and I have a snooze.
Be good everyone!

JustJuneBug 01-25-2006 03:01 PM

those TWO breakfast tacos sent me on an off day. but i wont stress out about it. i have done well since, and will continue to do so through the evening. not sure what i am having for dinner, maybe i will stop at jason's deli and get me a fab salad.

srmb60 01-25-2006 07:56 PM

Well, things aren't turning out too bad. I went about everything (but my nap) with little enthusiasm but I did it. Rowing, back, biceps. Food's pretty good at 1100 cals 37/42/21 so far. Whether or not I have another snack depends on how long I stay awake yawning :)

la3y_un1c0rn_37 01-25-2006 09:26 PM

Still doing well...1351 on cals. I did not get the chance to walk today It was to crazzzzzyyy at work this trade show will kill me yet. BUT other than that I am good...I will stay on track tomorrow..........

Yoyonomore 01-26-2006 12:06 AM

Well, after doing the eliptical every thing went off plan as far as how long the appointments ran, etc... My daughter's eye appt (at Costco) ran over and there I was there at costco with Pizza and samples and I

DID NOT CHEAT! (Except for one spoonful of clam chowder--ha ha).

I bought us some bars at costco and we ate that since the appt. for my daughter's eyes ran so late that we couldn't go eat as scheduled. Then we put off our regular meal until after my sons ortho appt. I ate exactly on plan--a chicken/veggie mongolian grill, a bit of steamed salmon, and four california rolls for carb. Delious!

Then tonight I ate healthy choice soup with extra chicken meat and pita chips. Not exactly the "best" choices (too processed), but well on track calorie wise and full of protein. Since I was "on the run" all day I went with it and did the best I could!

And to top it all off I worked my legs tonight. Yea!

So I conquered a busy day with many temptations and obstacles and I ended up doing all exersizes and making responsible choices. I'd call that a VICTORY!
