I Lost!!!!!!!

Good morning ladies! I am so psyched right now. I weighed in this morning and got a nice surprise... I'm down five pounds! I thought I had really screwed up b/c Sunday it showed a two pound gain, but considering that the night before I had consumed alot and I mean ALOT of salt I figured alot of it was water weight. I hope I can stay on this track!
