Maybe I'll do that for a while, up my calories a bit. I didn't have much success the last time I tried that, though, so I'm a little paranoid.

How many points is a medium pizza, plain. I mean the whole thing, its all I ate today. I am embarassed, but I have my fits occasionally.:(

That's really going to depend on the size of the pizza (medium means a lot of different things) and the kind of crust (e.g., thin, thick). You can check the calorie counts of many pizza chains online now...

Don't beat yourself up over it, though. We all stumble. Try to figure out why you did it so you don't do that again and move on. Your next healthy meal is your next meal!!

Thank you all for your input, I really like the ICKY thing.
And I guess you are all exactly right, I need to eat more, its just so hard to make myself do it without freaking out. I do really like the idea about staggering the calories from day to day. It would be much less stressful that way I think. This is the most wonderful site, and I really appreciate all of your tips, and the time you spent to write them out, thankyou. Lindystar
