Im also a huge fitday fan. I 'took the holidays off' if you will, but jumped back in for the new year. The custom food option is the best, though the estimations of your basal calories do seem high. Its a great reminder for me though that I am in fact burning more calories than I burn, which for me is the best motivation I can get!!
