Default yes, I've come crawling back

hey, I've been avoiding this place ever since, oh, a week ago The reason being I have been completely off plan. There was new years, and going out every night... ya I know NO EXCUSES lol. Anyway, today I cleaned my room (oh it was bad, like the laundry bin and notebooks all exploded in there), and suprise suprise, I'm back on plan today. Maybe the two are related... okay. The good news is I only gained a pound.

Staying away for only a week isn't bad at all! And you deserve a round of applause for getting back on the horse; the longer we stay off, the harder it is to hop back on!
