Do you honestly need material rewards for losing weight? Seriously...if wanting to fit in the next size lower jeans doesn't stop you from eating chocolate, the promise of a manicure is going to? I think it's great to want to create a reward system for yourself, I just don't see why you'd need one. I don't see how a day at a spa is going to make me want to stick to my diet more than the reward of looking at the scale and seeing it read 5 lbs lighter. That is the reward. And what if you don't lose the weight? You don't get the vacation or the haircut? Because you are a bad person and don't deserve it? You should reward yourself for being who you are every day - again, weight loss is it's own reward.
