It has been drag for the past month or so. As I posted here, I kept giving myself excuses to overeat, or be careless... etc. I felt like my motivation was not there like it used to be. Well, anyways, I usually don't look at my pictures, that often. I was looking through some pictures from last christmas and found myself really motivated to work really hard to reach my final destination. It was so sad to see myself that way. I actually hated to take pictures, and there aren't much picture of me anyways.
I am thinking that anytime I feel like slacking I am going to look at those few pictures and remind myself that I DON't WANT TO BE LIKE THAT ANYMORE....

Yes, those pictures really are a good reality check. My body seems to me like it always did in the past--I don't "feel" any different in it--as though I'm still in my 20s and weight 135. It takes the camera to help me see that's not true. The more honest we can be, the better, I think.
