I have a great news. I've started to eat throughtout the day instead of eating everything before 2 p.m. Well, its been working out great for me. I am eating every 3 hours and I don't feel hungry at night. I could even resist nibbling for the past couple of days. Thanks ladies and gents for your advices. I hope it will work out the way it was for the past couple of days. The first day I was kind of hesitant because I didn't want to let go off my habit of eating early... or just out of fear. But I remembered LLV and how far she came along even eating late at night ( including in her daily calorie.) Well, anyways, I just wanted to let you ladies and gents to know that its working for me, and I am happy!!!

thats so great! And that does really work... thats what i do too! and eat what i 'feel' like eating during those times too. I have so much more success that way.

I agree too.....that is when I was consistently losing....haven't been doing that for a few weeks now, and it shows
