Weighing in
Well folks this is my offiical 1st weigh in since I started my re-commitment to a healthier lifestyle. The scale this morning read 257 lbs...down 10 from 267. WOW! I am thrilled beyond measure but still somewhat shocked. I hadn't anticipated that my loss would be that good. I had to give up on my exercise last week due to a knee injury. I injured my knee at work back in April and have had two corrective surgeries on it, the last in October. Things seemed to haae been getting much better until last week. There is more pain and discomfort now than I think there was prior to my surgery. It's been discouraging to say the least, but at least today I can enjoy the successes I am having in the other areas of my life and not dwell on the set backs.
