Shout.. the song. I like those oldies songs with the upbeat tempo. :) I could dance and sing all day

There was just a great thread about this a couple of days ago. I downloaded a bunch of new music from the suggestions, and they were great! It's amazing how much easier my long runs are when I've got good music on.

Anyway, I'm babbling :dizzy: Here's the link to the thread:

I have so far lost 60 pounds by dieting and of course, moving to the beat of upbeat music. My exercise playlist looks something like this:
Alice Deejay - Will I Ever
OZone - Dragostea Din Tei (DJ Ross Club Mix)
DHT - Listen To Your Heart (Remix)
French Affair - You're So Sexy
Milky - Be My World
Shania Twain - Gonna Getcha Good (Almighty Mix)
Spandau Ballet - Gold (Almighty Mix)
Vinello - Maghalena
Ingrid - Tu Es Foutu
Kreo - Burn For You

You can also find the latest upbeat hits of the moment by looking at the Billboard Dance Charts. Good Luck!
