I weigh myself every morning :goodscale:, but my 'official' day is Friday. It's amazing how my weight can fluctuate up and down by 3 lbs. in one week!

Since I have began to kick my workouts up more often I will not weigh myself for at least two weeks.
And I try not to weigh myself as long as I can go. But its usually on Friday that way I have a reminder on the weekends to behave. |
I weigh myself every second day when I go to the gym. It gets me excited to exercise whether I've lost or gained. If I've lost I think "Oh wow! I can do this! I can lose even more!" and when I've gained I asses why I have. Is it that time of the month? Have I eaten horribly? and think "Well, I'll just work harder today"
I've really surprised myself with my own motivation and self-control. |
I weight on Mondays. Well actually I weight everyday but mondays count towards my journal and ticker!
