Default hard time in college part 2

So I realize that drinking in college is never good for anyone trying to lose weight. Not only does it add on empty calories, but it also lowers your inhibitions which can cause late night pizza binges However, I do attend a school where drinking is a normal part of the social scene. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to survive the weekends and party scene without too much caloric damage but being able to still hang out with my friends. Thanks!

You can alternate drinking beer with drinking water. That will reduce the likelihood of you getting a hangover as well, and the water might make you too full to eat much pizza.

I've never drunk in college - I used to drink a diet coke but still hang out with friends even though they were drinking. Don't feel pressured into drinking "just because everyone else does it"
