Even though I'm only 21, I've recently turned into a bit of a nut in regards to my heart health so I make sure to exercise every single day lol.

I do two activities daily: I take my dog for a 1 1/2 hour hike in the forest trails around noon, and then right before dinner time I do 30-60 minutes of tae bo. =)

This one was buried a bit...
Went to the gym with the husband
I did 3 miles cardio, mile on the eliptical, mile on the cross ramp and a mile on the tred mill, then I lifted some weights.
