I was actually able to go out twice and made healthy decisions. Friday we went to applebees and I got the chicken sandwich off the weight watchers mini-menu and even skipped the dressing. Then we were out today and had to grab some lunch so at wendy's I got a grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo, and a baked potato!
A lot of people have problems with chocolate or ice cream, my thing happens to be fried restaurant foods (chicken nuggets or french fries and I turn into Homer Simpson
) so this was really a big deal for me. And i have to say that a lot of my decision was based on the support and success I see in this forum. One of my favorite things in the threads is just looking at the weight trackers.
