I have decided to limit my time on the computer to just paying bills and emailing my husband. I find myself spending more and more time on the internet and need to take a break.

The support I have received at 3FC, from the members, has been awesome and it's really helped me to stay on track this first few weeks of my weightloss plan.

I wish you all much success in your own plans and goals you have set yourself.
