Hello all,
I need lots support to drop my extra weight (100 pounds). I have gained back 10 0f the 20 pounds I recently lost. I have lost my focus for now and am stuggleing to get back on track. I need a better support system than I have now. Anyone willing?
I have been trying to make healty eating choices and exercise (I have not been doing so well lately). Eating 6 low fat small meals a day helps with my IBS. Walking helps with the ostioporosis. I want these changes I am trying to make to become a way of life. I will soon be 50 and want to become healthier not to mention lighter.
