Hmmm.....good idea Marbleflys! You know I had one a long time ago, but it had this sort of plastic stuff on the end of the leg that itched terribly, so I kind of forgot about them. They'd be a lot more comfortable than hose though! ;)

Olivia - thanks for the suggestion. I had considered it in the past, but always got worried that if I didn't do them both together everyday somehow I'd screw everything up - irrational I know. But I will start alternating as well. Doing new strength/toning and cardio (well, mixing it up with my old stuff) seems to be starting to do the trick as well!

I'm also trying to force myself not to hate what I see in the mirror everyday - of course, my psychotherapist has been helping with that ;)

Thank you both!!!

Affectionately,
LL

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! (heh- my Happy noise)

Just really wanted to share -

Had my appointment with the Plastic Surgeon, and in January will be having a tummy tuck with a little concurrent lipo of my thighs (to stop the chaffing - can't afford the thigh lift ;) .

My insurance won't pay - so they officially suck, but hey what can you do?

I started the menu given to me by the nutritionist, and varied my exercise per your suggestions, and am know seeing the scale move forward again!!!!! She said 140 was an ok goal if I wanted, but 150 would be enough to put me in all the healthy ranges for everything.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! And Thanks again!!!

Affectionately,
LL

CONGRATS!!!! I'm sending you {{{{{happy vibes}}}}}}....and I'll bet you feel *re-motivated*

you can always re-assess the situation with the insurance company and again ask for pre-cert....sometimes the doc's. office will word things differently, speak to the office manager at the plastics office if you think it's warrented. (squeaky wheel)...good luck, you've done great!
