ok im so confused

  • ok i weigh for the first since i started my diet and i had my shoes on cuz of my feets is twisted. i weigh in at 220 from the first time i weight at 250. do i subtract the weight from my shoes or is the scale is right? plz tell me

    With the shoes, it depends. Are you going to be weighing in with the shoes every time from now on? If it's every time then I'd just count them because they're always going to be included, but if you're going to WI without shoes next time and for the rest of the time I'd weigh the shoes seperately and subtract the difference.

    It doesn't really matter either way, because even if you count the shoe weight this time it'll be gone next time.

    Hope I didn't just confuse you more, lol.
  • Besides, how much do shoes normally weigh? Unless they're really hefty shoes, I doubt they're gonna move the scale a whole pound. Now...some of the shoes I wear could classify as "hefty". Course, the 3 - 4 inch wooden heels on one pair might even be 2 pounders. LOL
