I've tried getting up earlier in the morning to get more exercise, but I can't go any earlier than 5:30. This gives me 1/2 hour for exercising, then the rest of the time to shower and get ready for work. And believe me, I owe it to my co-workers to take that shower! I just seem to do better at work when I feel clean.

I always shower, even if it's just a case of standing under the shower quickly and getting drenched, paying attention to the important bits but not actually shampooing etc, then tying my hair back to dry. I don't work out at lunchtime often though, and in the morning I always make sure I have time to have a proper shower and getting ready for work session. But then it depends what you're doing in the afternoon. I remember at uni I wasn't as bothered about my appearance as I am working in an office...

Surely you don't need 30 mins to shower? I took 20 tonight including shampoo and conditioner and semi drying my hair (use 2 driers, people may laugh tho).

I say take a minute to shower - you will feel better and ready for the day at work.
I wish I could figure out a faster way to get ready but I can't......So I go to the gym at 5:30 a.m. get there at 6 workout til 7 or 7:15, shower and at work by 8...
The getting ready for work is the least favorite part for me......I like to wear makeup and do my hair.........
