It has been a long time coming. I am eating my fruits and vegetables. I'm logging my food. I went four out of six days without pop which is a big deal for me. I exercised five out of six days. I drank my water every day. I'm following Volumetrics and it is really working for me. I don't have anything specific that turned me around other than being tired of being fat. I lost four pounds this week from last but last week had a four pound gain because of my monthly and eating bad so I just lost the weight that I had put back on. I feel really good though that I'm going to lose the weight for good. I would like to lose 3 pounds for next week so I can say goodbye to the 250's. This site has been wonderful. I come on here everyday to read and post where I find that i have something to contribute. Thank you to all of you for being a big support and showing that this can be done. It is great to have a place to go where I know i can have support, advice, and the occasional kick in the butt when I need it. You are all great.
