Screw wearing a bikini if it means you will add 40 years to your life. You have a gift in seeing all the heath factors that plague your parents. Use it and make the changes before you are diagnosed with a condition that is highly preventable. Most young people disregard the warrning signs...don't be one of those!!! If excess skin is an issue AFTER losing weight, then you will deal with it. You have numerous alternatives. But there is no reason to get worked up about it now. |
