Hello, new here!
Hi! My name is Jeanne. I am soon to be 34 (7/28) and I have about 50 lbs. that I would like to get rid of. I have 2 children, a 3 yr. old girl and a 12 wk. old boy. I lost all my pregnancy weight, but I had lots to lose before I got pregnant.
I have tried WW and Atkins in the past. Although I did lose, I didn't keep it off. This time around I am going to take my knowledge about eating (after all, I KNOW what I am SUPPOSED to eat, I just don't do it) and make better choices. I also am going to add more exercise to my lifestyle. I have lived a pretty sedentary lifestyle for much of my life, but last week I finally got myself back into the gym and took some classes. I am aiming to get to the gym a couple of times a week and use my treadmill a couple of days per week also. I look forward to getting to know all of you and hope we can be "losers" together! |

I'm fairly new also, and I think we are in the right place. I'm 31 with no kids (but if you saw me, you'd swear I'm lying) :lol: . I have a long way to go, but I'm determined to get there. Good luck to us, and I'm sure that we are on our way to being some big losers. :) |
