dreams about bad food!
 

I guess because I've been thinking so much about eating and exercising and such, my brain is haunting me with bad food when I sleep. I don't remember the specifics, but there were cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls and pizza in my dream, and I'm pretty sure I ate them all. Thank goodness it wasn't real!!! I remember feeling sooooo guilty in my dream.

Some friends are bad influences, I'm glad I have strong will-power. My friends were on the way to go buy a tae bo dvd and we picked up another friend, she gets in the car and goes "hey, do you guys want any of this chocolate?" I was so shocked that she would be eating chocolate on the way to buy a workout video, I just said no thanks and kept driving. Craziness!!!

The last couple nights my dreams include bbq ribs and subway:))

Why not get some Subway? A 6 inch club with ham, roast beef, and turkey is only 6g of fat (sans cheese) and not that many calories. It's what I had for lunch!
