Well, here I am on day one of the "new" me....and I did it...I ate 1/2 a herseys bar. I had been doing so good with my food today. I didn't get to workout at work because I had to stay till 1 and the childcare center closes at 1. It is opening back up in 5 minutes (at 5) so I'm gathering the kids and running out the door. Looks like I will have to bike an extra 30 minutes for the choc I ate....Okay...I'm out the door...I will be back to report the workout.

It doesn't have to be a step backwards if you don't let it. The fact that you can admit that you ate it and that you are going to the gym, shows that you are still heading in the right direction. Just because we stumble and fall occassionally doesn't mean we can't get back up

It's all about portion control. You didn't eat a box of donuts. You didn't eat a whole bag of chips. The fact that you were able to eat a half of a candy bar and then stop is actually a good thing
