food and exercise logs

I'm going to try something this summer that I haven't tried before. I am actually going to do both a food and an exercise log. Has anyone found good, printable logs anywhere on the internet? Most of my summer will be spent away from a computer (being a teacher has it's perks!) so I can't do an online version.
Thanks.

If you have Microsoft office, you can visit their website and they have a templete for one. I've never used it but took a look and it seemed very usable to me.

www.fitday.com has a installable version of their software which is fairly cheap and has a lot of very helful tools.

I'm addicted to Fitday. Use the free online version for a while first, to see if you like it, and if you decide to buy it, you get a discount for having had the free version :)

The full version has TONS of features, and it takes a little discipline to get everything filled in, but it's worth it for the progress charts.

As far as printable things go, I just googled free printable exercise food log and these looked interesting:
