Well I am so impressed and proud of myself,I have lost another kilo.
This is amazing!!!
I just wanna say to the people who are struggling at the moment.............
DONT GIVE UP.............KEEP ON PERSERVERING.............. KEEP GOING!!!
WE CAN DO THIS!!!WE WILL SUCCEED!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D
Many a time I have felt like going off the rails..............but have stuck with my new out look(healthier choices) and I am so glad I have!!!!!
I am down to 107 kilos................come on everyone!!!

Good girl aussiegal!! I lost 2.5 kilos last week, but am not expecting such a loss this week...think it was mostly water weight and I havent had a chance to walk as much this week..:( Keep going babe!! :)

Well this week I stayed the same.
No weight loss for me........but thats not to bad......I am happy with that.
I was soooooooooo good over Easter didn't have my Easter egg easter bunny left for me!!!
BUT....................I had it last night.All I can say is I am glad its gone!!!
So hopefully next week I will have a loss.

I lost another kilo!!!!! woo hoo for me :) people around me are really starting to notice now....and I am pulling a peice of clothing every month out of the "skinny" closet and wearing it :0 :)
