Here I go again...
 

I was on this forum a few years back and I'm here again to make a fresh start. I gained even more weight in the spring when my Dad died and I hit an alltime hight of 225lb. I've managed to get back to 205lb and that 200lb mark is getting closer every day.

I have an external reason pushing me in addition to all the internal ones about feeling good, health etc. I am taking courses to become a real estate agent. I know that being successful means looking professional. We all know that it is hard to look professional when you are obese. Anyway, I have something else to look forward to when I lose the weight.

I am following the Dr. Phil plan, and it seems to be working for me. I have gotten rid of all the junk food in the house and I am exercising regularly. I just hope that I can keep it up.

Welcome back! I'm sorry that your father died. It sounds like you are managing well, so that is good. Congrats on your weight loss so far. Onederland is just around the corner!
