Any one else on Slim Fast?
 

I started my diet in November and lost 25 pounds in 9 weeks! I am taking my time getting the last few pounds off. I have been using Slim Fast and I think it is simply fantastic! I am so happy with how fast my weight came off. Any other Slimfasters on here?

I tried slim fast a while back but didn't see much of a difference, probably because I wasn't sticking to it and wasn't doing it on the weekends at my bf's house (i tend to ruin EVERY diet I go on once I go to my bf's house lol too much temptation!!) I would like to try it again but I need to get a job first, which I might have soon, I have an interview tomorrow!!! aahhh *so nervous* :stress:

Welcome and great job on losing 25 lbs....Where at in Newfoundland are you from? I'm from the West Coast...I have about 30 lbs to lose and am trying my best to get at it but temptations, temptations...... :lol: :lol:

I tried Slimfast in the past. I believe that was my during my "skinny" period. I suppose it did work, except I had trouble sticking to it. I get hungry very easily.

CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss! You're amazing! How did you manage to do it? Did you follow the plan as given on the website?

Is that you on the snowboard? I'm a rider too!
