Hiya
I am still at the beginning of my weight loss and I have a big concern about excess skin. I've been told there are a lot of factors that play a part in wether or not the skin has been stretched beyond repair. I know I shouldn't focus on that but it stills sits in the back of my mind.
Does anyone have any pointers or advice to help me through this
