YIKES! That would mean I'd need to eat less than 1,200/day. LOL I actually did a test run of DietPower. I didn't like it too much, except that it does calculate the number of calories you should take in per day. It had me around 1,350. So I'm staying around that right now. I do burn off at least 200 calories every other day. Sometimes I can get in exercise every day. But it's hectic right now. And with the move and holidays, I've been fighting a few pounds I had added back on and am now back to the 140 using the 1,350 a day for a little over a week.
