stoopid question re: taking measurements

I've decided to keep track of my measurements, as well as my weight, but I have a couple of questions.

Firstly, when measuring your waist, how tight do you pull the tape measure? Not at all, as tight as you possibly can, or somewhere in between?

Secondly, do you measure just your waist, or take other measurements too?

thanks :dizzy:

The tape measure should be just snug. Not tight enough to compress you at all, not loose enough to get a finger under. Typically when doing measurements I measure waist, bust (easier with a bra on, really), hips at the widest point, upper arm, and upper thigh. There's more measurements you can take, but those should give you a good picture of what's going on.

Hope this helps,
Linda C.
