I'm back for round TWO!
I'm going to go ahead and do the exercise challenge again. It keeps me energized. And lately with the new job....I'm not doing much and I'm getting tired. So....heres to start off the second round with day 1. Need to get to work...will chat with you all later! |

Everyone, man, this place is hopping!! Great going all of you and thanks for checking in and keeping this thread ALIVE!! I get tingles thinking of all you out there keeping to your challenges and making fantastic saves and treating yourselves well.
I'm afraid I still can't address all you individually (Lucia though, major congrats on getting through to Day 10 :cp: :encore: :cp:!!!) and I will try to get in here and find some time soon. I am just SOOO busy. Well, I made it through Day 5 without sugar and it was HARD!! But I did it, thanks to you all and this challenge. Keep up the good work! Power on!! :strong: |
Day 8 is done!!!
I did drink lots of water although I ate out for lunch and drank half of that soda but for all the water I drank that isn't bad. I also did atleast a mile of walking and 40 minute Power90 video 2 more days to go!!! |

Just a quick note to say I'm on day 5, round 2. That's fifteen days straight. Waaaa hooo!

Well, I have made it through days 4 and 5 or 5 and 6....I have rather lost track of what day I am on as this just gets easier and easier each day. :smug: But, I digress....everyone is doing so well, sticking to their goals even if they are not checking in everyday....PROUD OF EVERYONE |
Sounds great! Today is my first day and already you all have totally blown my mind. I think I will go with two goals though for 10 days. 8 glasses of water daily, and my calorie intake should be from 1100-1400 daily.

well day 9 in done. I took a 30 minutes slow walk, did most of my taebo and 30 minutes of circuit training. I am not doing that well on the water intake but I have a few more hours so I can try to make up for that.

New girl
Hi :wave: I am new to this web site, its great. I think joining this thread is going to be good for me. Well, I have so many things I need to work on I don't know where to start. I just joined the YMCA and have been walking on the threadmill but I want to start running. So I will run at least 4 days a week. I can't say for how long yet, I will try 20 min of running :?: ( is that enough time? ) and the other 30 walking. 20 mins. of running is going to kick my butt. :dizzy: But I have to. I need to get my weight under control. Ok and my other goal is to drink 64 oz of h2o a day..

well today was day 10 but I didn't do anything but rest. I did good for the rest of the time but didn't have the stroller to go walking. That is alright. I am also behind on my water but am determined to get it done by tonight. Wish I would have done more today but no time to be down about that. I just have to figure out what my next 10 day challenge will be. Don't know yet but I will come up with something. I should add something to my routine for these 10 days. I will figure something out for tomorrow.

well, i've been sans internet for a few but i made it to day 10 on my first challenge. YEY! finally. my new 10 day challenge is to get 100 oz of water a day. i've been doing pretty well on the water tip but im not consistent so im going to try it out. i am going to include hot herbal tea as water intake as well.
so today is the 20th, by the 30th i should be growing gills. |
