not sure if this goes here...

  • I din't know where to post this questoin but I figured since everyone here has been succesful, I would ask here.
I need help figuring out how much fats, carbs, and protiens I should eat in order to lose weight. I found a site that said how much I should eat to maintain my weight.
    here it is:
    Caloric Breakdown
    Fats: 25% 71 grams 642 calories

    Carbohydrates: 60% 385 grams 1540 calories

    Proteins: 15% 96 grams 385 calories

    Total: 2567 calories

How do I convert this into how much I should eat to lose weight and not maintain??
    Thanks in Advance
  • go to fitday.com
  • Go to Hussman and fill in the info on the pop up blocks. This will tell you how much you need to eat a day to sustain weight, and to lose it.

  • that sounds like a lot of calories, but it depends on how active you are and what your starting weight is. it's a good idea to go to fit day or similar site to figure this out,
