A question for fitday.com users
 

Hello,

I wanted to ask about using fitday.com. I have been writing down everything I eat, but (especially on the days I work) I don't get time to add it up. I thought using fitday.com might help, but I went there and it seemed confusing and complicated. What if the thing you have eaten is homemade, or the size or quantity is different than what is listed?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, Gayle -- just a heads up, you have some responses to this question at the 100 forum. :)

On fitday you can add a custom item (e.g. your own recipe or food) and it will appear on the menu list. I use it a lot. lol
