what is your weakness?
mine is pasta. i love pasta. i love spaghetti. i'm about to have a bowl of it at 5:12 a.m. i'm hoping it's just my period but i guess i feel a little out of control this morning. i'm willing to pay the price for this indulgence and that means i do walk away the pounds with gusto today not to mention time spent on the gazelle. *sigh*
what is your weakness that no matter how hard you try to avoid it, you just can't help yourself? cheers, samantha |
My weakness
Cereal. Cocoa puffs or corn pops, out of the box, with a tall glass of milk. I can eat a half box in a sitting. :o

weakness? actual can't stop myself when I am around it because the strong magnetic force is driving me there?
Chocolate covered peanut butter anything, fresh baked bread with butter, brownies and wheat thins with cheese... I am sure there is more but those come to mind first! Summer |

My weakness..Hmmmm lets see.... I too love pasta of any kind...I was actully thinking about having some for supper..:D What else......Hmmmmm...Cheese.....Rice....Peanut Butter( oh Yumm )....Ice cream(I dont keep it in the house cause its such a bad weakness) Thats about it...:D

Ice Cream. Preferably Haagen Daaz Bananas Foster or Ben & Jerry's Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk, but any far out flavor will do. I've never yet been able to eat those pints in 1/2 cup servings. In fact, when I finally AM able to control myself around ice cream, I'll feel like I've passed a major milestone in my goal of trying to eat "normally."

I am a big fan of chocolate and peanut butter and have had a very difficult time with it over easter, especially those reese peanut butter eggs..
But I must admit that my biggest weakness is not so much WHAT but WHEN ...I have a very hard time at night, once the baby is in bed, the house is picked up and I plop in front of the TV then anything will do..oy I have been chomping on sunflowe seeds lately but not just a small handful, rather half the bag...oh my, where did my willpower go :-( |
Mine is the Weekends!!! I feel that if I weight in and have a good lose then I can eat whatever I want all weekend long and usually I end up gaining (mostly water) 3-4 pounds!

I have alot of weaknesses
Chocolate, cheeseburgers, sometimes pizza. Pasta used to be a biggie then I got gestational diabetes and had to give up sugar, pasta and all bread just to level out my blood sugar. Now I don't want pasta anymore.

I too have a weakness for pasta,vodka,and pizza.....cheesecake and anything CHEESE.
But I am off atkins now and going back to low-no-fat. I have taken on a personal mission to find a way to eat low fat versions of my favorite foods thus hopefully avoiding a pitfall (OH HOPE OF HOPES) I am in love with spaghetti squash now, and it is SO GOOD with sauce on it..spaghetti or lowfat alfredo. I have a kickass recipe for lowfat cheesecake and my way of eating alows 2 free meals a week so LOOK OUT PIZZA here I come. I thankfully cut way back on the salt years ago and don't add it to anything I cook except eggs. As for the drinking.....still working on that one..maybe save up my 3 snacks a day for a couple of vodka/diet lemon lime drinks???? RM |
Mine would be mexican food I love all of it yummmy or papa Johns pizza.
I usually let myself indulge once a week with something mexican and allow myself once a month to have a Papa Johns pizza (well not all of it). Or if i slip up I make that my main meal of the day and exercise and lil more than normal. :devil: :devil: |
Food.
Food is my weakness, all of it! Even the veggies! So, out of sight is out of mind. I keep most food in opaque containers or the fridge or ... some place where i can't see it or get to it easily. Especially when I'm bored. :( |

i love dark choc. mm mm i don't have a sweet tooth much but when i do dark choc. is def. the way to go. |

Heh it does sound kinda funny huh... I read that this is what supermodels do..Instead of actually eating the chocolate bar, they open it up, throw out the bar, and sniff the wrappers to "curb" their craving for chocolate. My first thought was "What a waste of a nice chocolate bar!!" :chockiss: :lol:
