    For me, it was swapping out my nightly soda for sparkling water with a splash of lemon. At first, I thought it wouldn’t matter much, but cutting out that sugar (and those sneaky calories!) has really helped me feel lighter and more energized. Plus, I actually look forward to my fizzy treat now!
