Hey all. Still heaviest I have been in a long time but I just got to be encouraged by my shrinking in inches too.
My muscle weight is at its highest 💪 so I will take that and keep working out..I just did a FigureRobics and those beautiful Asian women are STRONG for their small size.. makes sense...ballet dancers are super strong and have that lithe figure..
I was sweating ALOT by the end. I modified some of the lunges to be more static. It is a great workout for hip mobility too.. doing alot for that area because i tend to get stiff and painful. Doing pigeons and all to keep that area fluid.
I grew up going to the gym with my mom since she was a body builder and a dance aerobics instructor...so I really like certain workouts. I noticed alot of strength stuff too.
My mom is still in OKC. I miss her but I do stay busy.
LadyB i.agree about your name. Hugs.
Gone astray glad you are liking the Versa4
Girl81, awesome advice! Lemon water is one of the best liver tonics. We need bile to poop. We need a healthy biliary system
yangtzer, thank you. Now if it would just = weight loss. I know you can't outrun a bad diet though
Diana, I am praying you find peace. Enjoy your trip
Ciecie, prayers for Mary
Nett, its great to have you
I had a 3/4 fritter with my green tea with honey/milk/cream. Then I made eggs for my youngest and had a piece of toast and some eggs.
After that workout. I had some apple juice with water. I only got about 5 hours sleep so I worry about that affecting my appetite. I tend to eat more salty foods.
I'm post ovulation so not looking to see any drop as my body gears up for TOM. still going to work out. I managed to get my inches taken.

Good afternoon! Power walked and ran errands late this morning/early this afternoon. Went to the local farmers market today. The last one for the year. Had lunch there and enjoyed listening to good music. Will take a shower in a few minutes. 😁📚😷🌞

It was enough and I felt good. I would have preferred not to have the bun but they were already assembled and i don't like to call attention to myself or my food plan, but I counted everything and i was just fine. Yesterday we decided to go out to eat and the places we like aren't open on Tues so we ended up at Applebees, not my fav but I knew I could do it, I love the fact that the calories are on everything on the menu. I had 1000 calories I could spend, but ended up with a grilled chicken dish that was only 550 calories so it worked out great.
Diana-hoping this goes well for you. As I am old, my only 2 bits of advice is first to sit quietly in your home and decide to forgive her. After that my philosophy is to outlast or outlive them. She will be moving so your time with her is short, but know that there will be others who will provoke you. My mother knew I could not stand my older sister for similar reasons so when i was about 12 she just told me to 'kill her with kindness'" I tried it for 3 days and while I don't know how long it does take to kill someone with kindness, i lost patience with it. You may have better luck.
LadyB-sorry you are struggling with your food plan. What is your sister doing that is working? Not to lecture but we can really mess up our metabolisms when we binge and fast. You lose muscle, gain back fat and end up with higher percentages of body fat than when we started. I did this to myself as well and it was a never ending cycle that did me no good. Honestly this is the easiest food plan I have tried and I think it is because instead of IF and trying to stick to 1000 calories a day, I am allowing 1500. More things fit without breaking, I am not starving, not depriving, but I am sticking to it and I am losing, I don't lose quickly, but it is staying off.
Good luck- maybe your male character hits rock bottom going to a job interview, trying to fit into the only suit he has and as he sits down with the interviewer, the pants loudly rip out, Oh that is rock bottom embarrassment.
Jen-I finally got the new Fitbit set up. Keeps me accountable and I know calories, carbs, fat, protein etc, This one will allow me to answer the phone on it as long as my phone is somewhat nearby, it was a good reward for me. I am going to see if my granddaughter would like my old one if so I will order new bands for her.

My sister got prescribed Wegovy and is now around 150 pounds. I think she lost close to 40 pounds maybe in a couple months. As for my name LadyBinger I mean, it's only in the context of this site - (and I don't believe I can change my username; I created it YEARS ago) and I guess I didn't put too much thought into it except that I was frustrated with my repeated binge eating, which has gone on for years now. I wish I could get prescribed a medication as described above but my doctor would never prescribe something like that for me because I have other conflicting mental health issues which are probably related to my binge eating. Then again if you've ever seen Requiem for a Dream those weight loss meds can be dangerous for sure. I talk to my psychiatrist about it but he just keeps telling me do intermittent fasting which I try but I end up binging outside the window.

Good points Jen. And great job on your muscle gain! I'm glad that you're acknowledging the muscle when considering your weight. I think body composition is far more important. Great work girl!

good morning
Had a great evening with my grandson. I drop him back off at the college this morning. I have to pick up dinner for tomorrow, and a few salad ingredients. A bit more house cleaning, and finish up the resin pieces. I am really happy with how they came out.
LadyB-I am a bit shocked that someone who is not a dietition or a nutritionist would tell you to do IF. I get it on the drugs, but maybe a nutritionist could help you come up with a food plan that helps you to curb the binges, and help boost your metabolism. I have become a bit addicted to the documentaries on food, diet, exercise, health, etc. The take away that I decided to try is to stop the 2 meals a day and IF. and spread out my calories into 5 or six smaller meals. Knowing I have a meal coming up in 1 or 2 hours gives me a bit of time to have self control. I don't buy any heat and eat foods, so there is always prep time to hold me off as well. Some of the new science behind weight loss is enlightening to say the least, The one I watched yesterday was on Amazon Prime and it is called FED UP. Not only covers the growing obesity problem among kids but the food companies tactics They really get into 'a calorie isn't a calorie' and how 40 years of telling people to eat less and move more has not fixed the problem.

LadyB, as a fellow binger, I have to agree IF is the best. Heres a secret I learned from a bodybuilder that did IF.
IF YOU DO EAT Something less than 50 calories it does not break IF.
IN the past, I have used packets of miso soup, seaweed to get over a particularly stressful night. No sugar or carbs in that snack and only ONCE.
Gone astray, I agree we are sabotaged everyday by the food industry. I'd love to see your resin pieces
Girl thank you! I have always been the heaviest. In PE in grade school, I'll never forget that I was 125 lbs while the other girls my size all weighed less like 105 lbs...but since I'd been doing workouts my whole life, the PE teacher used me to demonstrate proper form. I think i.was a size 5 at the time.
I am also trying a FAD of turmeric and ginger at night. No way i.am drinking that but i am using a supplement i found on Amazon called PAPAYA. Enzymes and hormone interactions as well as biliary composition have alot to do with not just how we eat but how what we eat affects us.
IF works because of how it causes our hormones to react. I still need that extra sometimes and I shift my IF hours all the time.
The seaweed is the most satisfying as it is salty and crunchy.
Yangtzer, don't know what you picked up. My friends son does have Covid so it is going around.. monolaurin is one of the best antivirals.. remember if you do get Covid DO NOT TAKE immune stimulating supplements such as echinacea and elderberry as it increases cytokine storm.. also mushrooms are stimulators.
Praying that coughing eases up and whatever is attacking you gets out in Jesus name.. peace. I know you can't sleep if you cough hard...you need rest.
Components in seaweed have also been proven to bind to ACE2 receptors which is what Covid is looking for. So if the receptors are taken, less chances of Covid.
ciecie, hope Mary is doing ok. Hope your internet does better.
Nett, my goal is INCHES too. Getting my FUPA flat as well.
Diana hope you are having fun.
Goals today
Put up laundry
Feed moMs cats✔
fix outside gazebo..✔
Put bike parts out back (project)✔
Chair workout (ouch) this one left me sore.✔
Dance session (10 min)
IF starting 6pm (start eat 12pm)✔
