Bill kept telling June to ask God for help. June couldn't quite bring herself to do it. Prayer was for weaklings. Only people who couldn't handle life prayed. Yangtzer I do still paint, and on occasion I do still paint rocks. Working at the fair this year my 'boothmate' needed a weight to hold the money/bills from blowing off the counter while we count back change so I painted an 'eyeball' on a rock and gave it to her.

WI down from yesterday and I know it will take about 3 days for my poor decisions to finally flush themselves out of my body.
WO will be starting week two of my 12 week lifting routine. It is actually the same 4 days of 4 different routines. 2 Days upper body 2 days lower body. I am already upping the weight on a few exercises from last week. But last week was more to establish a baseline.

Had family over for dinner yesterday and of course in our house that means GAME playing. it was a blast. started around 12:30 and last brother left at 7:00 pm...makes for some long days. but would not change a thing

WO: Zumba 45min am, walk 10000 steps pm

Food: good during the day, managed to eat only fruits and soups before bed

Ciecie..good job attaining your fitness goals. How far are you from Lake Erie?

Good morning! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Had breakfast. Went to see my doctor today for a physical. Great check up. Running errands before lunch and before I get the bus home. 😃

WO: on travel yesterday. 10k steps

Food: good during the day, binged before bed. 3000 calories at least. that’s my 2 days budget lol will watch what I eat today. I have a weakness for junk food before bed.

Diana..nice 10k+ steps. Can you eyeball your food calories? I think I can have a good guess how many calories before I eat everything lol the thing is I don’t even think about calories before bedtime binges.

Ciecie..I’m sure you do great in the physical. That’s the payback of your fitness efforts. Wow You’re so close to Lake Erie. Is there walking trails with lake view?

Good night all! I did very well at the doctors. I have orders for my annual blood work and mammogram. I also have an order for a bone density test/dexa scan. Power walked to and home from my meeting tonight. Ran errands on the way home. My fitness goals for today have been attained. 😃
