Good morning! Busy day after got home from church yesterday. Started clearing off my dad's work bench for a major repair job that needs to be done on the foundation. I threw some of the stuff in the trash and put some of it in the recycling bin. There's still more to do. 😃
Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy. Have a great start to your week!

Colossians 3:2
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
The smells from the cafeteria were more than Blanche could take. Not that the cafeteria food was anything to write home about, but when she was on a diet, almost anything smelled good! She grabbed her jacket and headed out the door. Immediately, the fresh fall air erased the cafeteria smells. The sky was a deep blue, and the white clouds lazily drifted by. The sun was out, the birds were singing, and everything was right with the world. Blanche spent her lunch hour just strolling through God's splendor. Before she knew it, her hunger had passed, and she was ready to tackle the afternoon. The glory of God had lifted her above her earthly passions, and she was grateful.
Today's thought: There's much more to life than lunch!
Good morning again! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Had breakfast. Took the bus to a nearby community this morning. Have a dentist appointment. Will power walk and run errands after my appointment. 😃
Sorry I haven’t been able to get online to this website. I keep trying but can only wait for so long.
My weigh-in on Sunday showed I am up by 1/2 lb. Diana- it looks like we are headed in the wrong direction 🙃. We are going to have to stop that very soon. ☺️
Well I will be busy for the next week with company visiting. So I will have to try to login after that. Until then, remember to think thin to win. Take care.
Isaiah 26:3
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Bud believed his doctor really did have his best interests in mind. Bud wouldn't have dieted if anyone else had told him he should, but his doctor carried a little more weight. Bud kept to the diet because he felt it was the right thing to do. Trust was a big factor in making everything work. Trust is a big factor in anything we try to do. Giants of the Christian faith were able to do such great things because they trusted that the Lord was with them. We, perhaps not giants of the faith, need to rest assured that we can trust God and that He will do everything He can to help us lose weight.
Today's thought: The only thing God will let down is my weight!
I had to do labs today and had some running around to do. I ate out twice today. Calories were a little higher than normal. I guestimate no more than 1800.
Proverbs 3:24
When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.
Janice remembered long, sleepless nights where she tossed and turned, feeling guilty that she had cheated on her diet or merely crying because she was so enormous. Thank God those nights were long gone. Being fat was not just a physical trauma, but an emotional and mental one, as well. She never realized how much her peace of mind was dependent on her waistline until she took off the excess weight. Now, she had wonderful nights and wonderful days. Her life was transformed. God had been so good to her. She felt she'd been given a new life. This time, she was determined to take care of it.
Today's thought: Losing weight promises a new lease on life!
Good afternoon! Power walked and ran errands this morning. Have most of the things on the work bench re-homed. Threw some of the stuff in the trash. I now have four bags of trash to take the curb on Monday. I've also got a cart full of stuff to take to the recycling center. Will take a shower in a few minutes. 😃
