As always I am very skeptical about all products out on the web, so after hours of just scrolling on google and amazon and my mother in law had sent me a link awhile back. Hi I have mental health illness (Bipolar 1) and I gained a lot of weight due to my medication's side effects also when I am depressed I have low energy to do exercise. Is there anyone who is dealing with this issue to? How can I lose weight?
