Good morning
I am back in my frequent cycle where I am just perfect for weeks or months, then it all falls apart and I can;t seem to get it back together, Today I will get back to doing the right things, I see my new primary in 5 weeks and although we didn't talk about weight loss, I want to be down at least 5 lbs. Having difficulties getting myself to do the housework I need to, I obsess over making stuff with resin, but then it has to cure for a day so I am back to being idle. I can't sit still long enough to watch a movie, and even a TV show seems to be too much to sit still for. I need to get out of this funk. We are at 5 degrees this and will get down to 24 below Friday into Sat. Hard to get outside in that kind of weather.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Welcome back!

GoneAstray That weather is rough! Can you do some youtube walking videos or Silver Sneakers audio walking?

Yangtzer We are off to a good start!

Steps from yesterday: 10,522

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

Today's devotion is good!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

February 1

1 John 2:1
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

'I can't win,' the woman lamented. 'I give in and eat something, and then I feel guilty. When I feel guilty, I eat. The more I eat, the guiltier I feel, and the guiltier I feel, the more I eat!' Sometimes we feel like failures when we break our diets. We can be swept up in a sense of guilt that makes it nearly impossible for us to stick to our diet. The solution to guilt is forgiveness, and forgiveness comes to us through our advocate, Jesus Christ the righteous. Jesus knows that we sometimes give in, and He loves us just the same. Accept His love, accept His forgiveness, and let go of any guilt you may feel.

Today's thought: I am not condemned just because I sometimes slip!

Carried over from Jan thread

Sina, I know what you mean
ck9000, I have food jealousy
gone astray, the little girl with the curl...when she was bad she was very very bad..lol
ciecie, good advice
good attitude Yangtzer, I have been teaching my kids an attitude adjustment is real

Diana, im so glad you are so consistent. Truly a role model.

I did a modified workout. Warm up was 5 min Christian hip hop. Did wall squats w/wo arm raises, hip raises, 2 sets of 10 alternative hand raise planks. 3 sets of 10 wall push ups. 2 sets of 5 back leg rested lunges. Really need my balance back!

My back has been problematic since I got rear ended 2 years ago on Father's day. Especially sciatica. So I did a few sciatic nerve floss moves with cat -cows as well.

Out of breath the whole time....

Good afternoon again! Power walked and ran errands this afternoon. Took my shop vac down cellar and vacuumed up some of the sewer water. Took the tank outside to dump it out there when it was full. 😁💝😷❤️

Good evening! Jendiet, I still have more vacuuming to do down cellar. Power walked and ran errands before supper tonight. I had to get a couple of things I forgot to get this morning. My fitness goals for today have been attained. 😁💝😷❤️
