I just read your journal entries on the gastric bypass surgery and want to say that I applaud your courage in making this decision. It probably wasn't an easy one and it isn't a fun thing to be going through but you are brave to identify what is best for you, to make a commitment and to follow through.

Hope you are starting to feel better by now.

Good for you, Amy, for doing what's best for YOU, instead of bowing to the pressure from everyone else that you should lose the weight THEIR way. You have to take care of yourself and your health problems, rather than set yourself up for failure. Good job!
