Good morning
Yangtzer, way to go on your drop!
Welcome, Joe!
Ann, wow! Thanks for all the great info on the trail cams!! It WOULD be like opening a gift each time you viewed the photos!! I probably can't pursue it much more right at this time because I am caring for my elderly parents, but maybe my husband can help me get the cams out there. I like the idea of images coming to my phone. My old cams don't do that. Just the SD card.
I took in about 1760 calories yesterday. My husband and I are hosting a scrabble night with some friends on Saturday night and while playing scrabble together yesterday we kind of got into the treats I'm "saving" for Saturday night. Oops!
Today's Plan: 1200-1500 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, vit/min/cal supp., situps, recumbent bike, leg press, chest press for weights.

Good morning
I had a great day yesterday! I had a lot of annoying errands to run including going to the dump-my least favorite-but I left the house at 9 and was done and back home at noon. I had a picture frame I had made but it was too tight for the glass to fit, I have been working on it off and on but too cold to work in the shop most days now,. I got it chiseled down, the picture in and hung it in my living room. I swear I was on fire. When I am 100% on program with my food and seeing progress on the scale it lifts my mood a lot. I finished up the day wrapping the last of the gifts, although more are coming tomorrow.
This afternoon my dog and I are taking a tricks class, this will be fun and a bit of a social event for me. I live in a rural area and there are days when i do not see or talk to a single person face to face, not always a bad thing. I am in contact with people on the phone every day.
I got my first seed catalogs yesterday, I remember when it was early Jan, I swear they get earlier each year.
I look forward to getting to know you all.
Terri I have heard about all the deer in PA, I sometimes see them in fields here but not that often!

Good Morning!
Way to go Yangster Joe!
Welcome new Joe!
Gone Astray: Do you have moose up in dem woods? I hope that you take your dog with you when you go out./ What kind of seeds do you grow?/ You can train cats, too...I just haven't figured it out...check out Savitsky cats on YouTube...
Nancy: I am up a half pound, too. But I was cookie monstered... I don't know how to eat pizza without gaining)... but I have been having some shredded cheese on half a mini flat bread with tomato (microwaved) without gaining.
I did my exercises yesterday and I biked and swam and did 5 minutes on the efflexor. I would have used the ellyptical or arc trainer, but there were other people on equipment near by. I think it is getting easier to do lap swimming. I think I am going faster... Diet has been okay...except for 3 big cookies and some peanut butter pretzels. Sometimes, I just want to eat until I am full.

Good Morning, Everyone!
Steps from yesterday: 11,864
Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.
Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters
December 14
Hebrews 10:36
For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
Paula woke up in pain. Her stomach was cramping, and she felt ill. It must have been the diet pills. Her friend had told her they were safe and they'd help take off weight three times as fast as normal. Why had she listened to her? She knew pills weren't the answer, but she wanted to lose weight fast. She never had been very good on patience. Her mother told her to pray for patience, but no, Paula thought she had a better idea. The truth was, there was only one way she was going to lose weight, and that was through perseverance and patience. Her mother was right. If God would give her a second chance, maybe together they could make it work.
Today's thought: Nothing takes off weight faster than devotion and commitment!

I'm having headache right now. One of my coworkers got covid yesterday.
My boss ask us be back to the office as normal. Aren't we supposed to quarantine at home?
Btw I walked 9k steps today.

Good Morning!
Joe: I read that you can have Covid 19 and have no symptoms... This omicron version is really spreading... Hope you don't get it.
Yesterday, I exercised, biked, swam, and used the efflexor again. I am doing less water walking. Diet again was a little off with a frappe and a cookie. It could have been much worse.
