Good Morning, Everyone!
Ciecie Yesterday I ended up walking in the drizzle. It wasn't bad, I guess more like a mist. It was done by the time we finished.

Acts 2:21
'And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.'
Barbara was so thankful. She had come so far, but lately the stress had been overwhelming. When she was under stress, she liked to eat. She was so afraid of blowing her diet that it just added to the stress. She was nervous and on edge all the time. One evening, while she had some time alone, she settled down to read her Bible and pray. It was one of the most peaceful experiences she had had in weeks. She felt renewed and strengthened by the experience; so much so that she made it a nightly routine. It got her through the stress, and it kept her on her diet. By God's graces he triumphed.
Today's thought: I admit I need help, but it's good to know that God offers all the help I can handle!

hello everyone
WI down .2 but still up 2.8 this month...I know it is only the 9th!
WO it was hard to get motivated this am but I went.....kicking the whole time.
So since I made all these freezer meals for DH to take to work, and he has taken them to work. But he bought a new microwave and has yet to set it up to eat the dinners, grrrr. So tonight I pulled two of them out of the freezer and dinner tonight for him will be~~~ his choice of Butter Chicken or Tiki Masala Chicken both with rice as a side. I need to know how they taste LOL.

Hi Everyone!
I ate too much today. No binging, just too much. I think I soothed with food since I wasn't feeling very well. I ate about 2000 calories and walked for 1 hour.
Have a Blessed evening!

Good Evening!
Diana: Hope you start feeling better...
CieCie: Do you power walk in the snow in the winter?
Nancy: I, too, feel angst when the scale doesn't move downward...
Exercise and diet were good 2 days ago. Diet was good today, but no exercise. I attended a social event. Usually we have pizza, but this time we brought out own lunches or ate out. I made an egg salad sandwich, a cut up apple and a few nuts and dk. chocolate covered almonds. I thought about buying something a number of times... Anyway, it was really easy to make the sandwich and I added a couple of pieces of lettuce to it.
I should have gone swimming today...but it was dark and dreary...and I had stopped at a number of different stores. I had been using individual packets of stevia from one store and I could not find it. I stopped at 2 other stores (same name) and I still could not get it. I bought a big bag of it, but it tastes different... I guess I will have to look for it in another store... I also bought more cat food and more lettuce. I am so glad pet food is back in the stores...

Good morning
Teri, I ride the recumbent bike at my parents' house. You are really going to town on exercising. Way to go .
I took in 1900 calories the day before and yesterday I took in around 1500. It's supposed to snow today. If I need to stay over night at my parents, I won't be posting tomorrow morning.
Today's Plan: 1200-1500 calories, 2 liters water, vit/min/cal supp., veggies, fiber, recumbent bike or treadmill.

Good Morning, Everyone! Happy Friday!
I feel better today, although I woke too early. I think the antihistamine and tylenol made the difference. I have had shingles twice so hopefully I won't have to deal with that again, since taking the vaccine.
Teri Sounds like you made great choices with the social event. With our ladies meeting at church, everyone used to bring a dish. There were so many temptations. Now we each bring our own meal and that's a lot easier.
Rachel Stay safe.

Romans 14:17
For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Joan's doctor had told her to make a list of what was really important to her. Her husband and children headed the list. Her health was next, then her pets. She also wrote down her mother's ring and some furniture that her father had made when he was a young man. Her doctor asked her if she wanted to lose all that was on the list, and she told him 'Of course not!' He told her that she had to lose weight or she wouldn't be around long to enjoy the things she truly loved. If those things were really more important to her than food, then she was going to have to prove it. She asked God for help and then set her mind toward losing weight.
Today's thought: Compared to the truly important things in life, food is pretty pathetic!

Good day to you all
WI down .4 today but still 2.4lb up for the month.
WO I went kicking and screaming but I did do it and gave it my all. Why does it never seem to get easier?
So I am on another forum on My Fitness Pal and one of the poster just told the tale of her DIL who is pregnant and due at the end of this month was in a car accident yesterday. She was rear ended and was taken to the hospital for observation. But she was wearing a 'pregnancy bump strap'. This is installed on the drivers side so the lap strap of the seat belt is actually looped around a hook that is between the legs to keep the pressure off the belly yet still keep you firmly in place. I just ordered one for my daughter. If any of you know of anyone who would benefit from one here is the link
