Good Morning, Everyone!
Steps from yesterday: 8,758
Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy. Have a great start to your week!

John 16:22
'And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.'
It was very weird, but Linda sort of missed her diet. She had made some really good friends in her weight-loss group, and she had gotten used to the routine. If anyone would have told her a few months ago that she would miss dieting, she would have said they were crazy. What was there to miss? She had freedom to eat more of what she wanted to now, and she didn't have to be self-conscious. Linda really believed that God had given her new friends and experiences for a reason. She was so thankful that she had been able to lose weight the way she did, with the people she did. Maybe now she could go back and be a help to others.
Today's thought: On days when I can't help myself, maybe I can help others!

Good evening! Took the bus to a nearby community to power walk and run errands there. Ran into a friend I hadn’t seen in several years. We didn’t talk long as she was at work. Will have supper in a few minutes. 😁❤️😷🍀

November 2021
Hi!
I have had two good months of dieting and my exercise has been great this month. I am not great at wt. goals, but I got within .1 lb of a "goal" for this month. That is good enough for me... I set another "wt. goal" for December... I am just trying to eat healthier and exercise and see what happens.

Good Morning, Everyone!
Teri You are doing great!

Psalms 150:6
Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
The battle wasn't won yet, but Henry felt it was close. He looked better, felt better, and had a more positive attitude. Life was so much more fun, now that he was thinner. All the really hard times were behind him, and he felt his future was pretty bright. God had certainly been good to him. Every day, Henry took time out to thank God for all He had done. Henry didn't know what he'd done to deserve such great blessings, but he wasn't going to question it too much. With God's help, he had been able to do what he could never do before: lose weight!
Today's thought: God's helping me be both lighter of body and lighter of spirit!

I got all my exercise done during the day and ate healthy until before bed. I binged again. I know.
Teri000..congrats on almost reaching your goal. How do you set your wt goals? I normally aim at 8lbs a month if I am actively lossing weight.LOL
Dianna..your weight loss is impressive! how do you attach the ticker at the bottom of the post?
ciecie..do you live close to the bus stop? you must have a lot of power walk trials along the bus route.
Rachel1234..good job keep posting.do you take fiber supp or natural fiber in food?
nancylmrn..good job food prep. do you freeze your food in small containers for each day?

Hello all
I know my posting has been sporadic
WI still within my weight goal but up to 150.4
WO got the gym this morning and did 30 min running/power walk on the treadmill then 30 min weight lifting
Teri awesome on your loss and sticking with your goals for the month!
yangzter, I made meals in single servings. This will make it easy for DH to grab and go for his lunches. BTW you can create a ticker from the ticker factory. Then go to your Control Panel and add it to your 'signature' I believe.
See you all next month!
